The slab has to be dry enough for the chemistry
Oceanside runs from South Oceanside and the coast through Fire Mountain and Rancho Del Oro to the more rural lots of Morro Hills. A garage door left open near the beach takes salt air. An inland garage still has a concrete slab that can hold moisture.
A coating is a system: test the slab, grind or prepare it, and apply the layers the product requires. A kit rolled over dusty concrete fails. This site will not quote a two car garage and will not promise you can park on it the same day.
Polyaspartic
Often used as a faster topcoat or a full system. Still needs a prepared slab.
Polyurea
A fast, flexible chemistry used in some systems. Not a fix for a wet slab.
